ExtendTimeTM is unique in that it allows data collection from many devices including popular IP telephones from Cisco Systems, Inc and Avaya, Inc. which are integral parts of the communications of many organizations. ExtendTimeTM eliminates the need for a standard time clock by allowing employees to “clock in” and “clock out” on any number of devices throughout the facility. Using a unique employee ID number and password, employees can log in, receive messages, view and transfer scheduled work hours and locate resources within different departments. Management has the ability to interactively set certain restrictions on number of hours worked and regulate the hours that employees “clock in” and “clock out.” ExtendTimeTM includes interfaces to all of the major payroll and human resources systems to meet all of your time management requirements.
