ExtendTimeTM is sold based on the number of employees in an organization in increments of 50 employees. There are initial one time costs associated with implementation of ExtendTimeTM into the organization.
How is ExtendTimeTM Priced in the hosted version (SaaS)?
The pricing is based on monthly fee based the number of employees with small upfront cost to set you up on our hosted systems.
Do I need to have IP phones to use ExtendTimeTM ?
Absolutely Not. IP phones and other input devices are all optional and both ExtendTimeTM and ExtendProject can be used as a web based tool for T&A management.
What kind of hardware and software do I need to run ExtendTimeTM ?
You only need a browser if you have purchase the hosted (SaaS) service. However if you have purchased the software license and are running the product in house, you will need a Windows web server 2000, 2003 or 2008 and Microsoft Sql Server. It can all be installed on one server or multiple servers.
How long does the ExtendTimeTM Implementation take?
Depending on the size of the organization and the number and complexity of the payroll rules you have it can take as short as two weeks to as long as 60 days to implement all the policies and have the system manage time.
