Annual support subscriptions provide you unlimited access to technical support by email or phone depending upon your subscription.

Technical support is for one named person only.

When purchasing multiple seats of ExtendTime for use in a single department or organization, each named   supported user must have a license for the same level of technical support if support is purchased. You cannot,   for example, buy multiple seats of ExtendTime but technical support for only one developer.
